After the professional Development, Tots and Technology, Tex and Mrs. Normann-Petersen got to enjoy the beach and do some shopping at Murdoch’s.  Tex and Mrs. Normann-Petersen were shocked how much seaweed was on the beach.  There was mounds and mounds of it everywhere.

After looking at the seaweed, we walked over to Murdoch’s and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the souvenir store.  Some of the things that Tex and Mrs. Normann-Petersen saw in the store were shark foam hats, shark teeth, shark puppets, foam boogie boards, seashells.  Mrs. Normann-Petersen’s favorite thing was the painted wood with the cut-out where you put your head into and you can have your taken.  Tex liked the Conch Shells the best because you can hear the ocean in it.

Tex's clue for his next stop:  This school is located in the southwest part of Houston, and is where Mrs. Normann-Petersen’s loves to spend much or her time here during the school year.  There are a lot of teachers and students at this location.  Can you guess where Tex went on this next visit?  Please email Mrs. Normann-Petersen if you think you have a guess!
